Use woodworking glue when folding the cloth.

Put some glue spots on the cloth like in the photo.

Pinch and fold into petals one by one.

Stick firmly and adjust the petal.

Attach the petal to the base.
Apply glue on the bottom of the petal.

Form into flower.
